AirMentors are qualified industry professionals or have excelled in either academia, sport, the arts, performing arts or leadership activities. AirMentors are ideally experienced at working with young persons through the workplace or their involvement in school/community sporting and recreational clubs or organised activities in a mentoring capacity. AirMentors are patient and appreciate the value of structured interaction to engage young minds.

AirMentors enjoy working with young people of any ability, have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and, demonstrate a high level of personal organisation and role model abilities. They work independently and have well defined time management skills and are action oriented. AirMentors understand that in order to work with minors they need to comply with regulatory requirements.

AirMentors have excellent written and spoken English and are available for a minimum of 2-4 hours per month throughout the year to provide mentoring.  If you are a like-minded individual please apply now.
